General questions
Pricing depends on format, duration, and group size. A two-day in-person leadership workshop for up to 14 participants typically runs between $6,500 and $9,000 CAD. That includes all preparation, facilitation, materials, and a post-workshop follow-up call for each participant. Four-week live-online courses start at $4,200 CAD per cohort of up to 20 learners. Executive coaching is billed at $350 per session, with most engagements consisting of 12 sessions over six months. Custom curriculum design is quoted on a project basis after the needs assessment, and we provide a fixed-price proposal so there are no surprises.
Yes. All of our facilitators are bilingual English-French. We can deliver the same program entirely in French, entirely in English, or in a mixed format where slides are in one language and discussion happens in whichever language participants prefer. Our written materials, including workbooks and assessment rubrics, are available in both official languages at no extra charge. If your team includes speakers of other languages, we can arrange simultaneous interpretation through a partner agency in Ottawa for an additional fee.
Four to six weeks of lead time is ideal for in-person workshops. That gives us enough room for the needs assessment, material customization, and logistics coordination. Online courses can often be scheduled within two to three weeks because there is no venue to arrange. Executive coaching can begin within a week of signing the agreement, since the first session is a discovery conversation that requires no advance preparation on our side. If you have an urgent need, call us and we will see what we can do. We have turned around a one-day session in nine days when the client had a clear brief ready.
We interview three to five people from different levels of your organization: typically the sponsor (the person paying for the training), one or two managers, and one or two individual contributors. Each interview lasts about 30 minutes. We also review any existing training materials, competency frameworks, or performance data you are willing to share. Within five business days of the final interview, we deliver a written gap analysis that identifies the top three to five skill gaps and recommends a training format, duration, and content outline. The needs assessment is free when you proceed with a program. If you decide not to proceed, we charge a flat $750 CAD for the analysis, which you can apply as a credit toward any future engagement.
Absolutely. Our custom curriculum design service is built for exactly this scenario. We create the full material set: facilitator guide with timing notes and discussion prompts, participant workbook, slide deck, and assessment rubric. We then run a half-day train-the-trainer session where your internal facilitators practise delivering key modules and receive feedback. After their first solo delivery, we offer a debrief call to discuss what worked and what to adjust. The intellectual property for all materials belongs to you once the project is paid in full.
Our most-requested topics are leadership for new managers, stakeholder communication, project management fundamentals, data literacy for non-technical staff, business writing, and conflict resolution. We also run specialized sessions on change management during mergers or restructurings, and on cross-cultural collaboration for teams with members in multiple provinces or countries. If you need something outside this list, tell us. We have a network of subject-matter experts we bring in for niche topics like financial modelling, regulatory compliance, or health-and-safety leadership.
Every program includes at least one follow-up touchpoint at no extra cost. For workshops, each participant gets a 30-minute coaching call within four weeks of the session to discuss how they have applied what they learned and where they are stuck. For online courses, we send a written action-plan review with individual feedback. If you want ongoing support beyond that, we offer monthly group coaching sessions at $1,200 CAD per session for up to 12 participants, or individual coaching at the rates mentioned above.
You can cancel or reschedule an in-person workshop with no penalty up to 14 calendar days before the session date. Cancellations between 7 and 13 days out incur a 25 percent fee to cover preparation costs. Cancellations with less than 7 days notice are billed at 50 percent. Online courses can be rescheduled with 7 days notice at no charge. Coaching sessions can be rescheduled with 48 hours notice. These terms are outlined in the service agreement we sign before any work begins.
How a typical engagement works
Most engagements follow four steps. You reach out through our contact form or by phone, and we schedule a 20-minute discovery call to understand the broad strokes: who needs training, on what, and by when.
If there is a fit, we run the needs assessment described above. That produces a written gap analysis and a recommended program outline. You review it, suggest changes, and we finalize the proposal with a fixed price and timeline.
Then we build. For workshops, the build phase takes two to three weeks and includes slide design, activity creation, and case-study development using scenarios from your industry. For curriculum design projects, the build takes four to six weeks and includes at least two review cycles with your team.
After delivery, we collect participant feedback through a short survey and share the results with you along with our own observations. The follow-up coaching calls or action-plan reviews happen in the weeks after that. If you want to run the same program again for a different cohort, we update the materials based on what we learned and schedule the next round.
